startLog()
The sysLib.startLog() system function opens an error log. Text is written into that log every time your program invokes sysLib.errorLog() or when EGL throws an exception.
Syntax
sysLib.startLog(logFile STRING in)
- logFile
- The name of a plain text file on your system path, or the complete path to such a file.
Example
The following example shows the sysLib.startLog() command:
startLog("D:\\temp\\myLog.txt");
errorLog("Test entry.");
The following example shows the contents of myLog.txt:
