removeElement()

The dictionary.removeElement() function removes an entry associated with a specified key from a dictionary.

Syntax

  dictionaryName.removeElement(
     key STRING in)

dictionaryName: The name of a variable based on a Dictionary part.
key: A key in the dictionary. If the caseSensitive dictionary property is set to NO, case is not considered; otherwise, the function seeks an exact match.
