Enhanced ISPF: Reference List, Search, Change, and PDSE Workbench
File Manager provides several enhancements to the basic facilities that are available in an ISPF session: Enhanced Reference List, Enhanced Search, Enhanced Change, Indexed Search, and PDSE Workbench.
Indexed search
Use the indexed search to search for words in one or more partitioned data sets that are not load libraries. The search uses an index that contains all of the words and the occurrences of each word in a group of data sets.

Activating automatic word detection

There are two methods of activation:

Omit the LANG= keyword from the build member definition: Duplicate members are ignored and word searching is not case sensitive.
Specify the LANGAUTO=YES keyword in the language file: The following table describes the provided language files for automatic word detection with the combinations of duplicate member and mixed case processing.
