• Improved the usability and task orientation of the documentation that explains how File Manager can use FM/CICS to access CICS resources from different environments. • Random and repeatable scrambling can now be optimized with a new option. The option can be customized at installation time (default behavior for scrambling). The default behavior can be overridden by specifying the option when copying and scrambling data. The option can be set to one of the following values: OFF, ON, or MAX. See OPSCRAM.

• XDOPTLB describes a change to the behavior of the XDOPTLB parameter, and explains a check that you might need to perform if XDOPTLB was previously set to N.
