DSFC (Allocate a data set)

Purpose: Allocate a data set based on the attributes of another data set.
Options: None.

DSNOUT=dsname: The name of the new data set whose attributes are to be based on the attributes of the data set specified for LIKE.
LIKE=dsname: The name of the data set whose attributes are to be used when allocating the new data set.
