Planning for running FM/Db2 with APF-authorization

If you intend to use SMF for recording audit trail information for FM/Db2, you must ensure that the File Manager load module, FMNSMF, is APF-authorized.

If you have not made File Manager base function APF-authorized, use one of the following methods to ensure that FMNSMF is authorized.

Add FMN.SFMNMOD1 to your list of authorized libraries.
Copy FMNSMF into an authorized library.

Note that library FMN.SFMNMODA contains File Manager modules that may need to run authorized.
