Installing IBM Fault Analyzer for z/OS® on VS code

IBM Fault Analyzer for z/OS® on VS Code is an optional feature.

Host requirements
  • IBM Application Delivery Foundation for z/OS® Common Components 1.10.0 or later
  • IBM Fault Analyzer for z/OS® V16.1.4 or later
Client requirements
  • IBM Application Delivery Foundation for z/OS® Common Components Microsoft Visual Studio Code extension (always use the same version as the IBM Fault Analyzer for z/OS® Microsoft Visual Studio Code extension)
  • Zowe™ Explorer V3.2.1
Note:
To get the most up-to-date information on supported operating systems, detailed system requirements, and hardware requirements, you can generate a dynamic software product compatibility report.
  1. Go to the Software Product Compatibility Reports page.
  2. Type the product name in the Search by product name field and click the product name in the list.
  3. In the search results, select a release.
