LE options required for non-CICS abends

If the CEEEXTAN LE abnormal termination exit (IDIXCEE) has been installed, then there are no specific LE options required for Fault Analyzer for z/OS® to be invoked for an abend.

Note:

If the IDIXCEE exit is not installed, then abends in the LE-based 31-bit applications are only captured if the IDIXDCAP exit is installed, and the LE TERMTHDACT option with any of the UA* values (such as, UATRACE or UADUMP) is in effect.
If both the IDIXCEE and IDIXDCAP exits are installed, then Fault Analyzer for z/OS® resolves the processing to perform only one analysis of a fault.
To invoke Fault Analyzer for abends in LE-based 64-bit applications, the IDIXCE64 exit must be installed, regardless of LE options used or whether the IDIXDCAP exit is installed.
