NOTEL (note list)
The NOTEL tag defines a list of notes.

- This attribute causes the list to be formatted without a blank line between the list items.
- NOSKIP
- This attribute causes the list to format without creating a blank line before the first line of the list.
- list-entries
- These are specified using the LI tag.
