Viewing information about the help content

You can view the information about the help content by browsing to the About page.
Procedure
  1. In a browser, open the Help Administration page by typing a URL that is in this format: http://server:port/help-name/updater/admin.jsp
  2. Click the About tab.
Results
The About page contains details about your help content, such as:
  • The version of the help.war you are using
  • The plug-ins that are installed
  • The version of Eclipse that the help.war is built on
What to do next
If you experience any issues with the help system and contact IBM® Support, you can provide this information to them for troubleshooting.
