DojoMobileTextBox
The DojoMobileTextBox widget defines a text box that contains one line of text.
Note:
To import the selected sample, you must install
and use the local help.
Properties
- placeholder
- A string that is displayed in the text box, but is moved when the user clicks the field. The string is redisplayed whenever the text box is empty (requires browser support).
- maxLength
- The maximum number of characters that can be entered in the text box (requires browser support).
- readOnly
- A Boolean value that indicates whether the text field is protected from user input.
- text
- The string content of the Dojo text field.
- textCase
- A string constant that indicates what happens to the case of the input when the user finishes typing and navigates to another field. The value can be DojoMobileLib.UPPER_CASE, DojoMobileLib.LOWER_CASE, DojoMobileLib.PROPER_CASE, DojoMobileLib.CASE_NONE.
- trim
- A Boolean value that indicates whether preceding and trailing blanks are removed when the user finishes typing and navigates to another field.

- Specifies an event that occurs when the value of the text box is changed.
