Fixing Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration issues
If you are running Internet Explorer Enhanced Security
Configuration on a Windows 2003 server or Windows 2008 server, you might experience
issues with the Local Help Updater. You might not be able to add sites or use other
icons.
Procedure
Complete one of these steps:
- Use a different browser to access the Local Help Updater and configure the intranet or local help. This solution is commonly used to fix the issue.
- Connect to the remote IBM® Documentation instead of using the intranet or local help.
- Uninstall Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration.
