Tester Guide
This guide describes the tasks that you can perform for testing various domains, technologies, and applications. To enable testing, you must configure and enable the environment for testing.

View test results
This topic describes how to work with IBM® Rational® Performance Test Server charts in the Results Gallery perspective.
Data sets
After a performance test has completed, its results can be viewed in the Results Gallery perspective.
Chart windows
Counter data is plotted on the upper right portion of the chart window.
Zooming in/out
You can increase or decrease the zoom level of the current chart by using the Zoom icon on the chart windows toolbar.

Zooming in/out

You can increase or decrease the zoom level of the current chart by using the Zoom icon on the chart windows toolbar.

About this task

To zoom in

Procedure

Click the current zoom level to toggle between three preset percentages (that is, 100%, 125%, and 150%). Alternatively, click the small arrow next to the icon to zoom in or out, or to select one of the specific levels available. A zoom level of 100% will display the entire data set for the current chart.
Zooming in beyond 100% will display only a portion of the data set, reflected by the shaded area of the summary chart (below the configuration tabs). Slide the shaded area left or right to display a different portion of the chart.
To manually zoom into a specific area of the chart:
Press and hold the SHIFT key and click and drag over the required area using the left mouse button. The selected area will fill the chart when the mouse button is released.

Results

You can also right-click the chart and select from the same options that are available when clicking the small arrow next to the Zoom icon.
