Getting fixes

A product fix might be available to resolve your problem. You can use Fix Central to find the fixes that are recommended by IBM support.

You need to download a fix from Fix Central. Before the download, you need to prepare according to the following list:

  1. Know your IBM user ID and password. You need to log in to the Fix Central web site before downloading a fix.
  2. For information about the download process or help during the process, see Fix Central Help.
  3. If you know which fix you need, you can search for it from the Search Fix Central field on the Fix Central web site.
